📰 Executive Summary and Translation (Opinion)

The Strategic planning meetings and revisions to the 2014 plan along with the 2018 survey will need to be looked at in detail objectively by a citizen's oversight and ANY changes reviewed and scrutinized. The language used and/or changed in the new document will be very telling in regards to the agenda to incorporate at a future date.

<aside> 💡 A “Re-education” plan came to mind when hearing Mark Unland’s public comment and Chairman Gordy Bunch using his talking points to deflect any direct questions in regards to if the board is planning to put incorporation back onto the ballot this year. Now that the deadline has passed in regards to filing to put incorporation on the May ballot, the chairman quickly denies they will be, but deflects further when it comes to the November ballot instead drawing attention to the reasons in which he believes the community did not vote for incorporation.

• We have yet to hear an official acknowledgement of the Incorporation defeat and how we will move forward.
• Putting incorporation back on the ballot would demonstrate disrespect for the results of the election.
• Some voters were confused, needed more information.
• Two Important clarifications:
  • Will you ensure the residents we will not put incorporation back on the ballot?
  • Will you begin the process of reallocating the $21 Million
